On May 28, 2020 Google introduced a new algorithm for calculating a store's ranking for displaying it in the top rendering. AMP technology is no longer mandatory.
The key value that affects a store's ranking is the display speed of the largest block of the visible part of the screen, the LCP.
Google has created a great tool for calculating and analyzing ranking issues - Measure.
